| Displaced Homemaker |
a) worked in the home providing household services for family members, but who has lost the primary source of economic support and who must gain employment skills in order to earn a living; OR b) is a single parent with primary financial and custodial responsibility for supporting dependent children and who must gain employment skills in
order to earn a living. |
| Economically Disadvantaged Student |
Individuals from economically disadvantaged families, including foster children. |
| Individual with Disabilities |
Individuals with any disability as defined in section 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Under section 3(2) of the ADA, the term disability means, with respect to an individual a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of such individual; a record of such an impairment; or being regarded as having such impairment. |
