Idaho Statewide Longitudinal Data System (PMAP) Data Dictionary
This Education Dictionary is an online glossary of standard education terms, their definitions, business rules, data relationships, and reporting. The objective is similar to a library catalog in that it describes the SBOE's data. It does NOT contain the actual data itself.
The purpose of the Data Dictionary is to define the terminology associated with data collection in Idaho. The information in the dictionary is the most useful to individuals who work with data.
The state collects this information due to State and Federal laws and the State Board of Education directs us to do so.
